Preventative care is covered at 100%, so what out of pocket are you speaking of? Prescriptions? They have never been covered like that..oh you mean hospital stays? Did their previous policy cover hospital stays?

20 hours a week is part-time. Most employers do not offer benefits to those working less than 35 hours a week. It has nothing to do with Obamacare. In fact, once the exchanges are set up, your wife will be able to get benefits through the exchange. Everything is not Obama's fault.
